The 4,800 square-foot lodge serves as the gathering place for folks to enjoy the many outdoor activities on the ranch. The lodge comfortably sleeps 16 people with four master bedrooms, a large bunk room, and six full baths. The interior and exterior siding was milled on-site using standing dead pine, providing an amazingly warm atmosphere. The lodge is solar powered with a generator back-up. Cell phone and high-speed internet combined with DirecTV provide the requisite comforts of home.
The main level includes a fully-equipped kitchen, an open loft perfect for the pool table, an expansive great room, a wide wrap-around, a covered front porch to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, and a massive rock fireplace made from mining remnants of the Floresta townsite. Two master suites complete the main level. The lower level features a master suite, a family room, a bunk room, and seven oversized storage lockers.
Adjacent to the lodge is a two-story barn, also built from dead-standing pine milled on-site. The main floor can park five vehicles or numerous ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles.
