4 Corners North Ranch
The 4 Corners North Ranch is a great combination cattle and hunting ranch located between Chillicothe and Quanah Texas just off of Highway 287 in Hardeman County Texas. The property consists of 400 +/- acres of mixed cultivation and native pasture. The property also backs up to the south side of Lake Pauline which brings in all kinds of wildlife. It has several earthen tanks along with 2 solar-powered water wells with new panels and pumps. On the south side of the property, there is a set of corrals for working cattle. The entire property is fenced and is in fair to good shape.
