This section of land is located on the paved FM 2006, north of the King High community in Hardeman County, TX. It has lots of roll and elevation change to it, with sharp escarpments and draws that open up to flat pasture land. Approximately 110 +/- acres on the east side is in cultivation, which the owner has used to grow wheat in the past. Three water tanks across the property provide water for cattle and wildlife, all of which are large in size (two 1 acre basins, and one 4 acre). The pastures has lots of mesquite thickets and native grasses; some parts of the ranch are rougher and rockier than others.
Hunting in this area of the county is excellent for whitetail deer and feral hog. Migratory ducks and geese will be found on the tanks and fields, and dove hunting around the wheat field in the Fall is good too.

There is an old grain silo and set of pens off of the field. Electricity is available at the road. Most of the neighboring tracts are large, 700 - 2500 acres in size.
Asking Price: $1000/acre
(Surface estate only; there is some oil field activity on the ranch, with two active pump jacks and one inactive.)
