The map shows approximately 64.84 acres currently in grass pasture. This tract does have a water well (no pump), this well averaged 38 GPM 24hrs a day. There is a small catch water pond and wet weather spring/creek and electric service.

Possession: will be given after the harvest of the existing 2020 crop or July 15, 2020 whichever is later. Possession of grass pasture and improvements will be February 1, 2020
