DESCRIPTION: 303.3 total acres, 284 acres of cropland with 19 acres of trees and waste. FSA wheat base acreage 238.8 acres with 32 bu yield. Approximately 280 acres of Class 2 soils including Nalim loam and Attica fine sandy loam. The cultivated acres will be sprayed for weed control after harvest. The Buyer shall reimburse for the cost of the application and chemicals.
