3. Restrictions: Subject to local county and state laws, ordinances and regulations; also selling to all easements of record. Seller is placing no restrictions on the property.

4. Acceptance of Bid: Real estate is being sold to the high bidder without reserve. All successful bidders will be required to enter into purchase agreements at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction.
