The one thing that stands out about this property is that it is really quiet out here. You won't hear a lot from your neighbors but you will hear from nature often. Talking to neighbors will require a phone call.

Time has a funny way of bringing things in your life back around in a full circle. Having grown up in a small Northern Kentucky town, with a graduating class of 25, you are known by almost everyone. My first job was being a manager of the only supermarket in town, a job I continued doing throughout college. I commuted to Northern Kentucky University where I pursued degrees in Business and Marketing. While in the Business program my adviser informed me I would need 12 hours in business electives beyond the required 48 hours in core business courses. His advice was " don't waste them". I chose 2 Real Estate courses and 2 Income Tax courses. My goal was to become a Realtor and be able to do taxes as a second job during the winter months. The day after I graduated from NKU the local bank in Williamstown called me in for an interview and hired me as a Loan Officer. Instead of being a Realtor I was taking applications, doing appraisals, and making home loans a reality for many. I was looking at Real Estate from "the other side of the fence". Little did I know, at the time, this experience would prove valuable in later life. Almost five years later I would leave the local bank to become the owner of that same supermarket that had given me my first job. I thrived in an environment that allowed me to work with hundreds of customers on an everyday basis. During the next 29 years I would become involved in four other businesses including a Tax Office. Along the way I was a youth baseball coach for 17 years, a school board member for a number of years, as well as belonging to various civic, church, and community boards. I currently serve on the Grant County Tourism Commission and the WISE Trust Fund of the high school I graduated from. Last year I sold my remaining business interests so that I could concentrate on our family's growing Income Tax business and on pursuing my Real Estate license. In a small town your life revolves around helping others. I bring that mentality to Real Estate where you are helping clients with the largest financial decision that some people will make in their lifetime. My job as a Realtor is to be there for you from "start to finish" and to help you navigate all of the speed bumps we encounter along the way. Life indeed comes full circle as I now have my dream job of being a Realtor. The better I am at representing you as a buyer or a seller, determines whether you allow me to do the same for your family members or your friends when they need a Realtor.
