If you are looking for a good hunting tract with good row crop too, this may be the one for you. Its got lots of timber and pasture along with some prime creek bottom land. There’s even some CRP acreage. It will offer superb hunting and its priced to sell, too.
The FSA lists 63.9 acres of cropland. This figure includes 11.7 acres in the CRP contract, 11.0 acres of pasture and 1.4 acres of idle ground on the north side of the creek (some of the best deer hunting you’ll ever find). Direct and Counter cyclical yields are 33 bushels per acre, 76 bushels per acre and 23 bushels per acre respectively.
