We have done a lot of work and managed this property from afar. We fenced 700 acres. We built a cute little cabin that has solar electric and catchement water. We cross fensed and farmed 400 acres. We paved a direct access to the hi-way for convenience. This was easy property to manage because there are always ranchers and farmers that will lease the land. And all to happy to help out.
The taxes are low because of the cattle. The additional 300 acres we perimeter fenced is now qualified for the nrcs program which pays for the land clearing and cross fensing and water catchement if you like.
