Spectacularly beautiful. Breath taking for sure. Everyone says. agriculture 3. Would make a nice subdivision. You could also just live the good life. Rich Deep soil. The best Farming area in all the Islands. very fertile. Currently finishing cattle on the abundant clover and minerals from the Sea. Has a 2,000 foot permitted house that needs work. Has a mac nut
orchard on about 6 acres. The nuts were big and fat. Mauna Loa told me the best! and that's because the soil is so rich and the weather perfect for tropical fruit trees. Lots of sunshine.! Nice warm weather. Not too hot. Just perfect. Lava zone 3 which is actually very good. Same as the resorts in kona and Hilo. 3 is insurable.. Kapoho had all the tourism and the beautiful beaches in the 60 s and 70 's the volcano took some of the rated 1 zone. so the hotels moved to kona 2 and 3. This are...

Kapoho had all the tourism and the beautiful beaches in the 60 s and 70 's the volcano took some of the rated 1 zone. so the hotels moved to kona 2 and 3. This area Kapoho was the most desired partly because of the perfect weather.. This property is special because it's not in the danger zone. Still however has the great soil and weather. Also close to amenities. Brand new shopping center and all the modern conveniences just a few miles away. Great location!! Close to
beaches as well . Best property for Sustainable living. With the zoning you could subdivide and build a bunch of houses that you could rent out to folks you like and build your own comunity. You will not want to sell just like i'm having a difficult time letting go but i'm trying to buy something larger and more expensive. Is it as nice? No it is not. But it is better for me since i'm very involved with cattle. I need a larger spot in a location close to my other ranch on the hamakua coast. Has a lot more rain which i don't care for but all of hawaii is wonderful. Also should mention I have been leasing the land to cattle ranchers that has been taking very good care of the property. With out the cattle the ranch would be wall to wall giant tropical trees. The property iis fensed with 4 paddock's and the cows rotate. You can keep the cattle rancher if you like. They are
month to month thou polite to give 6 months notice thou every one usually keeps the ranchers because 50 acres is a lot of land to manage in the tropics where every thing grows so abundantly. The vows keep the weed trees away and the grass down. also leaves fertilizer for the soil. Does not seem like cows are there because they rotate between this land and the neighbors. The land just stays magically nice. Great if you live off island. You don't have to worry about your property and when you are here you have a place that's taken care of. Don't worry. be happy
