The keynote of the property is the amazing Roy Creek, which is a super strong intermittent creek with gorgeous waterfalls and pools. Although this creek will sometimes go dry during hot dry spells, it has presently been flowing most of the past year. There is also a small cabin and a couple of equipment sheds on the property.

The game fenced portion hosts around 30 head of highly improved whitetail genetics including Frac-Daddy, Express, Marty Berry, Gladiator, Judge, and lots more. Exotics also include a good herd of Axis Deer, Black Buck Antelope bucks, high-end genetics Fallow, Sika Deer, and Aoudad. Outside the high fence area the owners report spotting Aoudad, Sika, Red Stag, Nilgia, Wild Hogs, and some very nice free range whitetails. There is a blind set up to hunt both inside and outside the game fence offering a fun but challenging long-range shot. Even though this ranch is close to urban amenities, it has a feel of remoteness as if you were farther out in the hills. Very little encroaching development or rooftops can be seen from the ranch.
