Note that the previous owner was a collector of epic proportions. Nearly all of his stuff is gone, thank goodness, but a bit remains for you to have fun with. Also note - this map appears to be mis-drawn by the computer. It is all wooded and does not cut through someone else's field.
This can make an extremely nice home site, with shade, lawn, views, water It has it all.
If you want more land, there is a dilapidated home on one acre that nearly adjoins. The owners ask $17000. It is a nice lot (and improved too) - but definitely not a nice home. All the rest of the area homes are quite well-improved and in good condition.
