The Blue tract is an approximately 167 acre tract located just west of Raeford, NC in Hoke County. This property is comprised mostly longleaf pine plantation that is 9 years old. Approximately 20 acres are planted loblolly and the remaining acreage is mixed hardwood swamp. This tract would make an excellent timberland investment or recreational hunting property.
