Access is through adjoining landowners via gated gravel / woods road from Red Wagon Road (County Road 185). Terrain is gently rolling. Small creek flows along the middle of property. Site index for loblolly pine averages eighty (80) feet (base age 50) on Carnasaw-Bismarck-Sherless complex, Carnasaw-Bismarck-Zafra complex and Magnet stony loam soils. Timber consists of mature pine and pine/hardwood pulpwood. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per acre with cruise lines running north-south) in February, 2017. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:
