Located just past Ratcliff, Texas in the heart of the Davy Crockett National Forest, 50.267 acres of beautiful wooded property. The tract is mostly wooded and secluded but with easy access off of a paved FM road. The owner recently brought in mulching equipment and cleared some fantastic driving lanes throughout the property, wide enough to drive a vehicle or ATV on. Gently rolling terrain with two high points, mature trees and an abundance of wildlife. The back boundary of the property is a deep wetweather creek with some rocky formations that make for a beautiful natural setting. The owners have a deeded easement into the property, fenced on both sides that has the appearance of being a private road. Utilities are available in the area and would not be difficult to bring into the property. A great recreational or homesite tract for $2755 an acre.
