TRACT 1: consist of 68 +/- Acres with a home, shop and other improvements located at 200 County Road 249, Higbee, MO, with frontage and access from Howard County Road 249 and has frontage on Highway U along the south side.
The 18 +/- acres are primarily open and in permanent grass/ pasture with only a couple patches of timber and two ponds plumbed with freeze-proof cattle waters. The is a deep well on this tract but there isnt a pump in it.
