To be sold with farm is a 48' x 50' all metal machine shed with full concrete floor with 110 and 220v electric. Also there is 70,000 bushels of modern grain storage consisting of five bins, two 36' x 8 ring 15,000 bushel GSI bins, one with 4 screw stirator, perforated floor, fans and LPG heater, outside steps, roof vents, power spreaders and horizontal unloaders.
One 30' x 8 ring (10,000 bushel) GSI bin with 3 screw stirator, perforated floor, fan and heater, outside stair and horizontal unloader.
Two 36' x 6 ring (15,000 bushel) bins, perforated floor, fan, power spreaders and horizontal unloaders.
All the grain bins have been used for storage of the 2013 crops.
