The Missouri Department of Conservation is offering approximately 85.27 acres of heavily wooded land in Howell County, Missouri for sale to the highest bidder on GovDeals (after reserve price is met).

The property is currently part of the White Ranch Conservation Area, but it is not contiguous (lies about a quarter mile west of the main conservation area) and does not have legal or physical access. The seller dos NOT have legal access to the property and any access to the property will need to be negotiated by the purchaser.

This unique property is heavily wooded with the exception of a ~3/4 acre field at the northeast corner. The West Fork of the Spring Creek runs NW to SE across the northeast corner and there are about 6 acres in the 100-year flood plain.
