Improvements
Wild Horse Arena is a 2010 build with a major updated remodel just over a year ago and has over 37,500 square feet under roof. The fenced riding/roping area is 190’x120 with and additional 74’x122 under roof on the east side of the roping arena that could be used for expansion of any kind including bucking chutes for a multi event rodeo. Two sets of bleachers a climate controlled dining/concession area and an elevated up stairs viewing/dinning area make up this turn key operation. A newly constructed 88’x57 event center that was recently used as a western boutique is on the west side of the complex. This is a blank slate for any number of stand alone opportunities from tack sales, western wear, and even equine feed sales. The boutique area has stone accents and a stone fire place with a 2000 square foot covered porch with stamped concrete. On the north east side of the arena is fully enclosed area used for storage, a work shop, parking and even has 4 complete horse stalls inside and out of the elements. Along with this massive complex is a 990 square foot one bed one bath metal sided cabin. Wood floors, doors, and pine wall covering give this home the perfect rustic feel but complete with all the modern comforts of home. This space could serve as a rental for additional income, employee lodging or a primary residence.

One of the largest trail rides in the county is less than 30 miles east of this property in Eminence, Missouri drawing tens of thousands of people annually. Wild Horse Arena’s last team roping in December of 2025 had 360 teams on site that day. With warmer months ropings being well over the 500-700 teams. In addition to team ropings they have hosted weekly team roping leagues and weekly barrel racing events. The sky is the limit for the number of events that this operation and location can handle.
