This gorgeous property, Secret Springs, Unit 1, Lot 53, is approximately 10.01 acres. The mountain views are stunning. The property is located on a mesa less than a quarter of a mile from the edge. This is north of Sparks Ranch toward Dell City and its large underground water aquifer.
There is an access easement along the south side of the property, and there are access easements around the sides of the section.
You might need to explore a little to reach this one. We can see that there used to be a trail road graded in along the section line less than a quarter mile to the west. It looks like there is a very nice trail road less than two miles to the northeast. We have not been to this property, but given the gorgeous location this isolated spot might be your dream come true and be a fantastic find for you.

Hudspeth County is one of our favorite places. It's situated in far west Texas between El Paso County to the west and Culberson County to the east. This is a beautiful area. The air is clean, the water is clear, and there is basically no pollution and no crime here. The sunsets are as beautiful as you will ever see. The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.
The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas where most of our properties are located you are free to build or not build as you see fit. If you want to camp on your land, or park an RV, have a mobile home, prefabricated home, tiny home, etc., you are free to do so. There are no HOA fees or restrictions. The climate is mild and dry, with an average minimum temperature of 30 degrees in January and an average maximum of 94 degrees in July.
Unlike most of Texas, just about anywhere you go in Hudspeth County you will enjoy beautiful mountain views. The area is home to the Eagle Mountain Range (Eagle Peak is 7,484 feet high), Cornudas Mountains, Quitman Mountains, Finlay Mountains, Hueco Mountains, Sierra Diablo Mountains, Carrizo Mountains, Devil Ridge, and more.
There is something here for everyone. For the hunter there are big horn sheep, mule deer, javelina, mountain lion, antelope, and dove. A short drive to the east is Guadalupe Mountains National Park in northwestern Culberson County. Here you will see El Capitan, Capitan Reef, and Guadalupe Peak which is the highest point in the state at 8,749 feet. Within an easy drive is the Rio Grande River, the spectacular scenic Big Bend National Park, Carlsbad Caverns, Hueco Tanks State Historical Park (over 3,500 paintings, most are pre-Columbus!), and several other parks and points of interest. The county seat of Sierra Blanca with its amenities is located along Interstate Highway 10.
Less than 3,500 people live in Hudspeth County's 4,572 square miles. Whether you are looking to build off grid, or buy some vacation land, or just to invest in land while prices are still so low, this is a peaceful place with gorgeous mountain views. It is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle, and the crime and pollution, of urban life.
