C Ridge Ranch is comprised of a C shaped ridge that curves around a small hollow. The ridge tops are rocky and covered with blackjack oaks. The hollow has much less rock exposed and has a small mound 1/2 acre covered with red oaks. Two open meadows formerly used for oil production flank the mounded area. There are nice views of the surrounding ridges. The county road cuts off a portion of the property and connects to a small road formerly used to access the well site.
