A fresh water well is available on the tract, however a pump or any ancillary equipment that may be required to utilize the well is not supplied with the purchase. Power for the electric ditch pump is provided by CLECO . On average, flooding the tract may be done in approximately 2 days. Maintaining the flood levels with the electric ditch pump may average approximately $60/month according to the owner.
