FEATURES: Located north of Mineral Wells and Weatherford, just off Hwy 52 in Perrin, Texas. Any minerals not previously retained will convey with the property.
LIVE AUCTION: The property will be offered for sale in a live, audible auction, conducted by a licensed Auctioneer on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 2:00pm CDT. The auction will be conducted on-site, at 711 JW Tipps Road in Perrin, Texas. On-site registration will begin at 12:00 Noon on the day of the auction. The property will sell "AS IS". It is the sole responsibility of a potential buyer to inspect and research the property prior to the auction.
REAL ESTATE TERMS: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid attained at auction to constitute the total contract price. The 10% Buyer's Premium will be paid the day of the auction when the contract is executed. The balance will be due at Closing, on or before Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 5:00pm CDT. Buyer is responsible to attain his or her own financing prior to closing.
PERSONAL PROPERTY TERMS: A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid attained at auction to constitute the total price. Full payment must be tendered by the conclusion of the auction by cash, personal or business check or credit card (Visa and Mastercard Only). All personal property purchased must be removed from the premises by 12:00 Noon, Saturday, June 27, 2015.
ONLINE BIDDING: If you are unable to attend the live auction held at 711 JW Tipps Road...you can participate in real-time online bidding that will be available through the AUCTION NETWORK beginning at 1:30pm CDT on the day of the auction. Pre-registration with the AUCTION NETWORK is required before 5pm CDT on Thursday, June 25, 2015 by 5:00pm CDT. Call for details. REAL ESTATE AGENT INCENTIVE: Real Estate Agents are eligible to receive a 2% commission. Bring your Buyer and co-register the day of the auction. The Real Estate Agent of the successful Buyer will receive a 2% commission of the auction strike price that will be paid on the day of Closing.
OPENING BID: The minimum opening bid is $1000 per acre
