The ranch has lots of plateaus and escarpments which are eye catching and are useful for viewing wildlife below. With the slopes and elevation, runoff water is abundant and the large ponds are easily filled even with minimal rainfall. One of the larger ponds expands to as many as 15 acres in rainy months. The waterfowl on this ranch are tremendous with all other hunting being rated as excellent. This ranch is very diverse and offers lots of variety and great fun.
