The Rogue River Lodge - the earliest known lodge built on the banks of the Upper Rogue River still in existence today. A fabulous residence, restaurant, event property and riverfront cabin rental. The lodge has undergone extensive renovation with new exteriors, interiors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, all while ensuring that the historical elements of the building have been maintained and is now ADA accessible on both levels. The lodge is a unique property - situated on two acres, with over 165 feet of river frontage. On the property remains one of the original cabins built in 1936 and lovingly restored to reflect the ambiance of the mid 1930's era. The cabin can sleep up to 4. At the lodge on the main level guests enter into an inviting lobby in which all of the original foundation of the building has been maintained. The Rogue River Lounge is situated off the lobby and provides a warm atmosphere for intimate conversations with small tables or meeting new friends around the horseshoe-shaped bar. The dining room accommodates 60 people, including a small private dining room, and outdoor dining on the deck. The atmosphere is rich, warm and welcoming. The kitchens are both custom and commercial. The Riverview Room located on the lower level has been completely remodeled to allow guests to sit at the bar, with a view of the park-like grounds and the river. This bar is now accessible for handicapped guests and features a variety of lottery games, as well as big screen sports events and live entertainment. There is a second full kitchen on this lower level. The outside pavilion seats 40 and the park-like grounds easily accommodate weddings, events and entertainment. The third level of the lodge is a completely remodeled living quarters with a master suite and 2nd large bedroom and 2 Baths and could easily be converted to 3 rental rooms.
