The road systems are good and provide excellent access throughout the farm.
Soils
The soils are 96.6% Class III Desha clay, Perry Clay, and Portland Clay. The remained are Class 4 Perry clay Class 2 Rilla and McGhee and class 1 Roxana silt loam. These soils are suitable for and have a history of growing rice and soybeans.
