This tract is located in the Sulphur Springs area southwest of Pine Bluff. It has approx. 23 acres of a mixed natural regeneration on the west side and approx. 40 acres of pine plantation (planted in 2007 according to seller) on the east side. The pine appears well stocked.

The natural regeneration acres were apparently cut several years ago. There is a small creek running through it with high ground on the north and south sides suitable for a home site.

The tract has access from the north off of Pinemeadow Rd. approx. 0.3 miles from Camden Cutoff and across from a new wood fence. The seller says there is a deeded access to the southeast corner from Spring Lake road. This access is at the driveway of a house at 8709 Springlake road and is illustrated on the map.
