This farm consists of approximately 100 acres with most of the land in cropland with Dry Creek meandering through the farm with timber along the creek providing good deer hunting and fishing. The farm is currently in volunteer winter wheat and new buyer will get immediate possession of the volunteer wheat. Access is by good county gravel road on the south side of the farm. Principal soil types are Brewer Silty Clay Loam, 0-1% slopes, class I; Port Silty Clay Loam, 0-1% slopes, class II; Reinach Loam, 0-1% slopes, class I; and a small amount of Ashport, Port, and Pulaski soil, 0-1% slopes, class V.
