This immaculate 9 hole professional course is the only golf course in Alaska to feature synthetic greens, fringe, and tee boxes. In comparison to grass, synthetic greens are easy to maintain and require much less physical effort to keep them in top condition. Golfers find that the ball reacts as you would expect on a grass green, and synthetic turf is ideally suited for Alaskaâ??s long winters and cold, wet springs.
The sunny, level property includes stands of spruce, a pond, a 648 square foot club house, a 640 square foot golf cart garage, and a 1,710 square foot covered driving range. The club house includes a liquor license so that after a spirited round of golf the players can relax with their favorite adult beverage. Great saltwater fishing in nearby Cook Inlet offers a chance to catch Halibut, Cod, Rockfish, and Winter Kings. Additionally, the Kenai Peninsula is prime hunting ground for black bear, moose and waterfowl. Sneaking in a round of golf in between fishing and hunting excursions is easy with the course so conveniently located.
