The hill tops on the north side of the property look back into several deep canyons. The southern property line is framed by Cave Hill with a valley below with a seasonal stream running through it. The hill tops on the west side of the property have several spectacular views!

There is a diversity of plant life that includes live oak, red oak, cedar elm, black walnut, hackberry, post oak, mountain laurel, sage, yucca, agarita, spear grass, bluestem, grama, muhly, and more. The cedar was cleared about 70 years ago allowing grasses, forbs, and browse to thrive. Some cedar is beginning to come back in some areas however some cedar has been cleared.
WILDLIFE
There is a diversity of animals that includes whitetail, turkey, aoudad, coyote, fox, hogs, and many birds. The canyons provide excellent habitat for whitetail and aoudad. There are multiple aoudad herds on the property with evidence of trophy rams. The property has only been hunted three times in the last eleven years.
WATER
There are four tanks. The canyons feed multiple locations for other tanks to possibly be located. One of the existing tanks is located in a canyon. Another is fed by a season stream however the dam has washed out.
IMPROVEMENTS
None. The property is a blank canvas that has not been overgrazed.
OTHER
The property has been used for cattle grazing for the most of the last twenty years. There were a couple of years when horses were on the property.
