There is a mixture of bottom land with deep soil, gently sloping to sloping hillsides to hilltop plateaus with plenty of room for large homes and accompanying structures.
There are stock ponds in place for grazing animals, and it would take some time to number the locations where larger ponds or small lakes could be installed.
The elevations indicate that much of the ranch ranges from 1665 to 1900 with the lowest area being along the Bruins Creek that runs south to north for approximately 3,600 (currently dry).
Trees:
A wide variety of natives with Live Oak, Cedar Elm and Ash Juniper (cedar) being the most prolific. However, there are Spanish Oaks, Red Oaks, Post Oaks, Native Persimmons, and even Madrones.
Some of the Live Oaks are simply massive as are many of the Cedar Elms.
There are too many types of plants to name but lets just say that there is a wide variety that make their presence known at different times of the year.
Wildlife:
This is part of the Texas Hill Country that is known for Whitetail Deer, Wild Turkey, Dove, Ferral Hogs, and a variety of predators including Coyotes, and Bobcats.
Birds of all kinds can be found on this ranch or migrating over as Kendall County is in the middle of multiple migratory paths.

History:
We are working on it. This is a well-documented ranch and has been in the same family for over 120 years.
For decades this has been a working cattle ranch and hunting ranch. Prior to that, portions were farmed, portions were used for hay production, and other types of grazing.
The word rare is overused when describing properties but this is a rare find in Kendall County as most tracts that come onto the market do not have road frontage but access by an easement and/or have improvements that are in the wrong place, are valued more than the market does and are typically outdated or just junky in nature.
This rare find is just a few minutes outside of IH10 and Comfort, a few more to Boerne and a handful more to San Antonio or Kerrville or even Fredericksburg. And we are talking paved highways to those locations.
Directions
There are several choices of exits off of IH-10 Between Boerne & Comfort, TX but the easiest directions are to take the Business 87 (EXIT 524) and then proceed down the EAST ACCESS RD. to HOLIDAY RD.
Take HOLIDAY ROAD about 3.5 miles to the Front Gate that is on one corner.
