The ranch is located just off the quiet Upper Cibolo Creek Rd a few minutes past Boerne City Lake. It is under 20 minutes from downtown Boerne, TX and 10 minutes from IH-10. The convenient highway access allows easy access to San Antonio or Comfort as well as Fredericksburg, Kerrville, Bandera, and more!

Water :

Although Little Joshua Creek is not currently flowing, the large bluffs throughout the ranch provide excellent run off to the creek which has multiple ponds running the eastern edge of the property. Aside from the Little Joshua Creek, the ranch also has an unnamed creek that runs the middle of the ranch. This creek is dammed up providing 2 beautiful ponds that have held water exceptionally well.

Improvements :

At the bottom of multiple large vistas, sitting just above the larger of the 2 private ponds, sits 2 off grid cabins. Although they do not have water or electricity, they are set up to function on rainwater and a generator. They are both very nice and provide a true out-of-city experience. Aside from the physical improvements, the ranch has great roads throughout leading to multiple beautiful homesites as well as hunting blinds and feeders.

Wildlife :

The ranch is home to all native Hill Country game as well as some exotics. The access to year round water and immense cover acts as a sanctuary for whitetail, axis, bobcats, fox, hogs, and more! Trail Camera pictures can be provided upon request.

Vegetation & Topography :

With almost 300 in elevation change, the ranch offers both incredible hilltop views and beautiful water fed valleys. Both large Oak Trees & Cedar are found throughout the property, however, selective clearing on the cedar is in progress. Along the creeks you will also find many beautiful Cypress Trees.
