You enter the property from the East Side which is the lowest elevation on the property at 1800' You drive into a beautiful open valley where the topography joins the land together. To the North the land rises gently to 1840' and is still easily accessible via a perimeter trail. To the South the Land gently rises to hill-top plateau of 1860' which provides a great place to build over-looking the valley and the well positioned stock tank. The stock tank is perfectly positioned in the draw of the land and could easily be expanded if desired. To the West the land rises to its highest point 0f 1920' and again plateaus into great usable area.
