Bell Branch Longleaf Pines Tract is located in Kershaw County, South Carolina. It has paved frontage on Old Georgetown road.

This tract is an excellent timber investment. It is already producing income from the harvest of longleaf pine straw. The very well-stocked longleaf pine plantations (of various ages) do not disappoint. The most predominant stand is 117 +/- acres of longleaf pines planted in 2009. Their tree stocking/density is prefect for a commercial scale pine straw raking program. All of the stands have crown closure or will have crow closure within 3-5 years.
