The property will be offered in Four Lots. Lots 1, 2 & 3 will be offered individually and Lot 4 will combine Lots 1, 2 &3 to be offered as the entire tract.
Lot 1 - 80+/- Acres (S1/2 SE1/4); Lot 2 - 74+/- Acres (N1/2 SW1/4); Lot 3 - 80+/- Acres (S1/2 SW1/4) & Lot 4 - 234+/- Acres (Entire Tract). All in Section 31, Township 28 South, Range 6 West.
