Biding shall not be contingent upon financing, should financing be required it shall be arranged prior to auction.
Buyers Premium: All winning bids shall be increased by the 5% buyer premium.
Online Bidding: On line bidding will be available offered through Proxi-bid subject to their terms and conditions of online bidding as well as terms of the live auction. Bids shall be accepted through Proxi-bid prior to auction day. An additional 1% online convenience fee will be applied to all online bids. On line bidders shall be required to make a $5,000.00 deposit to the Brokers trust account 3 business days prior to the auction.
Manner of Sale: Tracts will be auctioned individually and in any combination to the highest bidder. Auction procedure and increments of bidding to be determined by auction company.
