Small Hunting Tract with Big Potential

There aren't many affordable hunting tracts coming to the market right now, let alone with this much habitat and diversity. A small creek enters at the north end and snakes through the entire length of the property with several obvious travel routes that are being used by deer and other wildlife. There are pockets of hardwood timber with a little more of an open feel under the canopy, but there is also an abundance of bedding habitat with cedars scattered throughout. It's obvious when you walk the property that it holds deer while also being a travel highway. There are some open clearings that would be perfect areas for planting food plots, which would be completely secluded and hidden from the any roads and would really complete this little gem from a deer perspective.
