The home itself is fully off grid and sustainable. We generate are own electricity via solar panels and a diesel backup generator. No power outages which occur often on the grid due to storms and falling trees. The entire  home features steel roof and steel siding. The interior heat is provided by a propane boiler and an in floor radiant heat system. This radiant heat is through out the entire home as well as the 3 garage stalls which maintain 40 degrees all winter. We also have a wood stove that is capable of heating the entire home should the need arise. We have a full septic system and a well that goes 309 feet down thru solid bedrock. It is the sweetest water you can have.

Also featured is a four season sun porch. The home faces SE allowing the morning sun to pour in as you watch the wildlife while enjoying your coffee.  The loft upstairs overlooking the living room, is my hobby room. A bit of a mess in the photos.

Inventory in this market is extremely limited, and goes fast, but we are making some big changes in our life as well. We will work with you so we can offer very flexible terms with regards to possession. Now is not the time to be moving in our climate.

You have year round access, and this past summer major road improvements were made and Class 5 was put down. A dry road.
