There are a lot of turkey, dove and a few quail, and the owner captured a picture of a free ranging axis on his trail cam. The lake provides excellent fishing and attracks a lot of ducks. The owner drilled a 450 ft well down to the Wilcox sand that produces 15 gallon a minute and is pipe to the lake to ensure it never goes dry. There is ample watershed to build a much larger lake closer to the front of the property. With its limited road frontage this is a very private ranch that is truly a hunting and recreational paradise.
