Lometa grass pasture

Approximately 53 acres of prime farming land that has been idled for the past several years. The native grasses have taken over and the land is currently being used for cattle grazing. The property has one large Live Oak tree on the east side and some trees along the fence line. The rest of the property is treeless pasture. The soils are deep loam and when the land was used for farming, it produced some great hay and small grain crops. There is no surface water or water well on the acreage, but underground water is generally attainable in this area and there is enough slope to the terrain that should provide enough rainwater runoff to supply a pond.
