One of the most beautiful attributes of the property is the 2 acre pond that is shared with the neighboring vineyard/winery. The living areas of both homes take in the view of the pond and the Sellers explain that its a designated US Forest Service dipping pond. The Sellers believe it to be 50 feet deep and is home to largemouth bass and blue gill and many different kinds of birds and wildlife.

The 1000 gallon tank is located on the northwest corner of the small home.. right behind the garage, and the drain field heads northwest.
