Located in GMU 85, these are high elk, deer, bear and turkey dense acres with several great locations for grazing or planting food plots. Over the past several months we have successfully documented trophy caliber bull elk throughout the ranch spanning all season dates! Ridgeview Ranch enjoys both resident animals as well as a migratory herd. There is an early season high resident mule deer population with 180 inch plus mule deer. We have also documented whitetail deer which are considered C tags (unlimited) and do not count against your mule deer license. (Check the trail-cams and you'll realize black bear and turkey are just as plentiful.)

LOCATION
The Ridgeview Ranch is located in the heart of southern Colorado surrounded by the Spanish Peak Wilderness. The Spanish Peaks State Wildlife Area is less than 10 miles south and the East and West Spanish Peaks are easily seen directly west of the Ranch.
Aguilar, Colorado is the closest little town, just 4 miles to the east just off of Interstate 25 which conveniently provides access to the entire Colorado Front Range from Cheyenne, WY south into Albuquerque, NM. Aguilar provides all of the necessary staples, including groceries and fuel, plus a taxidermist and gun shop.
Although it is surrounded by several small towns that overflow with small town charm and activities, Colorado Springs, the second largest metropolis in Colorado, is a fast hour and a half north and Denver is an additional hour north lending easy access to Denver International Airport.
