Picketwire Ranch Lot # 31

Picketwire Ranch has the look and feel of Wilderness land, and yet it’s only 25 minutes outside of Trinidad city limits. Filing number 2, lot number 31 has excellent views at the top of a mountain, and it borders  over 1,000 acres of contiguous BLM to the West on it’s entire Western boundary.
