The Krischel Farm consists of 160 +/- acres in Groveland Township, LaSalle County located 2.5 miles east of Rutland, IL, or 8 miles southeast of Wenona, IL. These farms will be offered at auction on February 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. as 2 tracts and sold using the Choice and Privilege auction method.
Tract 1: 81.72 +/- surveyed acres (tract to be sold by surveyed acres) The soil PI is 131.4. There is a wind energy transmission line agreement on this tract.
Tract 2: 81.39 +/- surveyed acres (tract to be sold by surveyed acres) The soil PI is 131.9. The farm includes a 30 x 36 Quonset shed. There are 2 CRP contracts for waterways.

Follow Interstate 39- North from Normal (~26.5 miles) or South from LaSalle-Peru to Exit 27 at Minonk. From I-39, go east to IL-251 and turn left, going north on IL 251 for 5 miles to Rutland. Turn right on to 4th Rd/West Broad Street and go east for approximately 3.5 miles to the farm marked with our signs. This is tract 2. Tract 1 is located 1/4 mile north on 9th Road (County Hwy 7).
