The Southwind hay ranch consists of 720 acres with 595 acres under production. The remainder could be used for grazing. 640 contiguous acres in the Williamson Act and 80 acres just west of main ranch, directly across from Mathews Road for easy access. This ranch has a unique laid out irrigation system where even the pivot corners are irrigated.
