With 500 feet of river frontage this hard to find property has unlimited recreational activities from kayaking, canoeing, hunting, fishing and tubing, and is one of the finest rock climbing areas of the Eastern United States. It is 13 miles to Billows and the famous Narrows. Paddling down the Rockcastle River offers a glimpse into how remote and breathtaking the Appalachian wilderness is. Livingston is a designated Kentucky Trail Town offering the best recreational activities in the state, including hundreds of miles of trails for hikers, cyclists and horseback riding. Also the area is well known for caving and ATV sports. The 300 mile Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail has a trailhead in the town center and is a watering stop for both horses and humans.
