This Cypress sided cabin sits across the road from the 11,000 acre Rainey Brake Wildlife Management Area! The cabin was built in 2011 and sits on over 1/2 acre. Designed as a great hunting/weekend retreat cabin, the floorplan is open. It has 984 sf (m/l) heated and a screenefd in front porch. A spacious mudroom with a bath allows for the living part of the cabin to stay clean. The master bedroom has a full bathroom. Rainey Brake is over 11,000 acres and is directly across the road. Rainey Brake is one of only two areas that has to be flooded as a designated duck rest area. It is bordered by the Black and Strawberry rivers and has several sloughs and lakes in the area. World class timber hunts occur during the season in Rainey Brake. It also has large deer that can be hunting with bow only or by gun with permit. All the water in and around Rainey Brake makes for excellent fishing.
