LAND: Very moderate slopes along the North side of the property. About 60% of the land is almost level with very minor terrain variation and consisting of good sandy-loam type soils. The land is all wooded with a variety of trees which are native to SE Oklahoma and consisting of hardwoods, red cedar and yellow pine timber. Some of the pine timber appears to be near marketable stage for future timber harvest to produce income. There is a very good logging road running from North to South through this land.
