Access: This property has surveyed legal access by means of a natural gas lease road. The road has a rocky base and provides all weather access to the property but a truck or vehicle with 4-wheel drive is recommended. There is a set of locked metal gates at the edge of the property.

Water: There is a large pond on the property that measures roughly 0.7 acre in surface area. This pond will provide the new landowner with a great place to fish and also serves as a year round source of water for wildlife. Average rainfall in this area is about 48 to 50 inches per year. Additionally, there are a series of very unique waterfalls on the property that are in a deep canyon. There is a year round hole of water in the creek that has some crystal clear water.
