Terrain: While the whole area of the national forest has plenty of steep slopes, this particular tract is more gently sloping and is easily accessed by foot. The picturesque draws provide runoff after rains and are natural wildlife corridors.
Wildlife: The area is well known for its big game potential, including Whitetail Deer, Eastern Wild Turkey, and Black Bear. The agent observed plentiful deer activity sign on the very first tour of the property. As one would expect there are numerous other wildlife species, such as bobcat, coyote, squirrel, raccoon, and more. Wildlife feeders are allowed on private property in Oklahoma, but not on the adjoining national forest lands.
Special features: The national forest road that provides access to the property is well maintained and links the parcel to the expansive Choctaw Trail.
